Hello Readers,
It’s been over a month since my last update—and even longer since publishing the last manuscript chapter of the The Glaciermen, a chilling adventure set in the icy reaches of the Greenland glacial sheet.
(If you haven’t read it yet for some reason, you can start here.)
UPDATE:
Don’t spend your entire “vacation” week packing and then move three hours across your state on a Saturday in a Uhaul with cranky steering… that didn’t fit everything so you have to go back that Wednesday—a 12 hour round trip between packing, unpacking, and returning a borrowed truck—to get the last of your materialistic crap… while also starting a new job that has you drinking from a firehose… while also living in your in-law’s basement… while also selling your old house at the same time as you look for a new house… while figuring out loans when you have “no employment history” now that you’re paid via 1099 despite nearly a decade of income…
The moral of the story here is: I didn’t do any work on The Glaciermen. But the metaphorical waters have calmed, and my time is finally freeing up, so we’ll see where I get in the next few weeks.
RECOMMENDATION:
If you like Steven King, then you’ll probably like anything by Dean Koontz. Some of my favorites off the top of my head include:
Watchers — if you love dogs, creatures, and intense suspense.
Odd Thomas—if you’re looking for a different kind of detective story.
Dean Koontz’s Frankenstein (series) —if you want a fresh spin inspired by an ancient classic, and the weirdest lovable character you’ll ever meet.
P.S. I have no affiliations and make nothing off these recommendations. You can find all of these on Amazon and probably at your local bookstore.

Not the Normal Schedule
Thanks for reading! Unlike my normal weekly cadence while composing, I’m in the editing stage now, so I will be switching to less frequent updates (likely every few weeks) until the The Glaciermen is published and I begin work on the next one.
Keep an eye on your inbox, because once it’s out, I’m going to ask for your help with leaving some good—honest—reviews to boost me in the old Amazon algorithms.
